SUMMARY:Wednesday Morning Guided Nature Walk
DESCRIPTION:\nExperience the Park’s natural beauty and unique features by joining this expanded guided nature walk. Participants will enjoy an introduction along Gateway Trail to the Central Garden’s most remarkable sights. The walk will cover about one mile over smooth, paved trails and will typically last around 90 minutes. Upon arrival at the Central Garden, participants may continue with the guide for further exploration, or continue to explore independently. Those who prefer can also return to the Visitor Center with the guide.\n\n\n\n\nAverage time is 60 minutes, but may vary\n\n\n\nDistance is just about 1 mile along pave, easy trail that is stroller friendly\n\n\n\nThe walk starts outside the Visitor and Nature Center at the alcove by the American flagpole\n\n\n\nAdditional parking is available across the street in Parking Lot #1, please arrive early to give yourself time to find parking\n\n\n\nWeather dependent (call 719-634-6666 for weather closure status)\n\n\n\nNo Refunds\n\n\n\nSpace is limited, registration required\n\n\n\nIf you have any questions about this program, please email programs@gardenofgods.com ( mailto:programs@gardenofgods.com )\n\n\n\n\n\n
