The Art of Walking

How often do we walk distracted, disconnected from the connection of the ground beneath our feet? A walking meditation, also known as mindful walking, can be done amidst a bustling day. Learn about the benefits that simply walking can have on your health, and increasingly when done with mindfulness. Then we invite you to join us for a guided mindful walk. You may decide to take this practice with you into your daily commute or in the scurry of Christmas shopping, as mindful walking can be done anywhere. Bean Sprouts Café will be open for your morning coffee needs. Meet at the Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center in the Red Rocks Room.
