Forest Bathing Walk & Ephemeral Art Making
Join Nature Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon for this peaceful wander with simple “invitations” to quiet the mind, open the senses & connect closely with yourself, others, and the natural world. Enjoy a special invitation to create and play with ephemeral (temporary) woodland art and ending with a forest tea ceremony. Meet at the Gazebo by the overflow parking lot on 30th St., across from Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center and adjacent to Rock Ledge Ranch.
Bring a sit pad or stool if you have one, water, snacks if you would like, a small backpack and dress for the weather.
Restrooms available near the trailhead.
Ages 14 and up. Limited to 8 people.
