Forest Bathing Walk & Ephemeral Art Making
Unwind and enjoy nature’s wonders in a new way on a Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) walk, a wellness practice gaining popularity worldwide. Join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon at historic Rock Ledge Ranch. Thoughtful “invitations” offered on an easy path will quiet the mind, open the senses, and deepen your nature relationship. Enjoy a special invitation this month to create and play with ephemeral (temporary) woodland art and ending with a forest tea ceremony.
Meet at the Gazebo at the far end of the large dirt parking lot bordering 30th St., across from the Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center, adjacent to Rock Ledge Ranch at 3105 Gateway Rd.
