Forest Bathing - Mindful Monday

Forest Bathing

Forest Bathing; Indigenous People's Day

Join Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon for this quiet wander among the pinon pine and juniper at historic Rock Ledge Ranch. We’ll honor Indigenous People’s Day through special invitations to quiet the mind, open the senses & connect closely with this ancestral land of the indigenous Ute people, ending with a tea ceremony using local plants. All current health protocols will be observed.

For more info on the wellness practice of Forest Bathing visit Jane at https://www.abovethecloudsforestbathing.com/ .

Bring a sit pad or stool if you have one, water, snacks if you would like, and dress for the weather.

Meet at the Gazebo at the far end of the large dirt parking lot bordering 30th St., across from the GoG Visitors Center, adjacent to Rock Ledge Ranch at 3105 Gateway Rd.
