Printmaking for Kids
Explore the unlimited possibilities of making art with nature! Art teacher Julie Talty leads kids on a short hike to observe interesting patterns on leaves and branches up close. Then we’ll return to the classroom to make prints out of provided objects. Experiment with color, pattern, and design. Students will try new ideas and inspire each other as they learn basic printmaking and color mixing techniques.
*This class is best for kids aged 6 thru 12
