History of the Garden Hike

Join us on a trip back through time as you discover the human history of the Garden of the Gods. We will discuss the people and events that have shaped the park into the place we know today. Distance is about 2 miles on easy to moderate trails, and will begin and end at the Visitor and Nature Center.

  • Bring water and dress appropriately for the conditions
  • During winter, we may have building closures or delays, check our website or call 719-634-6666 prior to your arrival for weather closure status
