Yoga in the Red Rocks Room
Yoga Manitou focuses on offering Yoga that is accessible to all, community oriented, and fun! Meet in the Red Rock Room on the second floor of the Visitor Center. Bring water and mat if you have one. (We do have a limited number of mats that can be borrowed for the class.) See you there!
