Solar System Walk

Colorado Springs Astronomical Society will have Solar Telescopes and information table set up outside the Visitor Center and will be leading a Solar System Walk through the park at Noon with a scale model of distances and sizes of planets.

• Dress for the weather, bring hydration, and wear sturdy shoes
• No Refunds
• During the busy summer months, the Visitor Center parking lot can quickly fill up. We recommend arriving early to secure a parking spot or consider using the overflow lot located across 30th Street. From there, you can take the FREE shuttle or enjoy a 5 minute walk up the paved Foothills Trail to the Visitor Center
