Yoga in the Garden
Revitalize every Sunday in Garden of the Gods! Join Lori Michelle Abel every Sunday at 9:00am for yoga at the park. A class for yoga practitioners of every level, beginners to the more experienced yogis. Lori’s teaching is based in Hatha yoga and follows three big principles: Centering, Exercise, and Meditation. Prepare for a class that reconnects you with your breath, fuels your creativity, and maybe gives a few laughs too. Please BYOM (bring your own mat), water bottle, any other props that you enjoy using for practice, and a smile. Plan to meet at the Chuckwagon Pavilion in the Central Garden, off of Lot 2, ready to begin practice at 9:00! We do have a limited number of mats that can be borrowed for the class.
When you scroll down to register for this class you will notice the different price options. As is practice with many yoga classes, this class follows a pay-what-you-like structure. With this model you can choose which option works best for you, while knowing that each option grants the same access to this exceptional class. The flexibility of this pricing model provides the instructor with the ability to offer the class to a wider audience and still receive a modest remuneration.
